Prior to joining The Office, as top toque, Chef Joe was formerly the executive chef of 50 Ocean and Boston's on the Beach & Sandbar, in Delray Beach. He also was the executive restaurant chef, overseeing two restaurants for four years, at the Boca West Country Club in Boca Raton. This club is rated the #1 Private Country Club in the State of Florida, and the #1 Residential Country Club in the United States.
