Justin Bieber has been cleared over a hit-and-run case where a paparazzi was pinned between his ferrari and a parked car. The controversial star has been let off the hook because, according to the LA County District Attorney, there was ''insufficient evidence'' to prove that Bieber fled the scene knowing that he'd injured the man in question.
