Not only are they angriest, says the research, they’re the most aggressive.

The results were compiled by the website VoucherCodesPro after they polled over 2800 British motorists about their experiences on the road.

Drivers said they lost their tempers behind the wheel multiple times a month – 7 for men and 3 for women.

Friday’s after work commute was the most likely to elicit the shouting of an obscenity or two.

Monday’s trip back to the job wasn’t reported as being a pleasant, uneventful one either.

Beyond swearing, typical rage-fueled behavior behind the wheel includes erratic driving, general shouting, and obscene gesturing.

Some, of course, take it to extremes, and involve others in both arguments and assaults.
