Best Fish Oil Omega 3

Best Fish Oil Omega 3

. I have a warning… If you shop for fish oil without knowing what to search for, your health is at risk in three ways. Inside this buyers guide video I am going to show you precisely how to pick a fish oil that is actually going to benefit you. Normal fish oil does not have enough of the effective Omega 3 fatty acids, so they don’t help a great deal. The majority of fish oil on the market contains only 180 mg of the valuable EPA and 120 mg DHA. You’d have to take a handful of pills daily to get any benefits, but if you take the suggested amount listed on the label, they won’t do much for you. You should search for a product that contains at least 400 mg EPA and 300 mg DHA to get the health benefits you are looking for. Normal fish oil contains higher than acceptable amounts of heavy metals, PCB’s and other contaminates. Yes, there are standards for the allowable amounts of these toxins, and the “regular” brands do take out these down to the allowed amounts. But do you really want to ingest any toxins at all? I don’t, and you don’t have to either. Pharmaceutical grade fish oil is refined to a great deal higher standards, so you can be assured of it's safety. Instead of the permitted 100ppb of mercury, pharmaceutical grade has less then 1ppb. Fish oil that is not fresh could be rancid and cause those disgusting fish burps. Rancid oils are pro-inflammatory plus add to the conditions you are trying to relieve or avoid by taking fish oil in the first place! Again, pharmaceutical grade is a lot fresher, so you will not get fish burps. I think fish oil is needed for your well being. And I think Pharmaceutical Grade is required since it’s ultra pure. Young Life Research has it available on Amazon.
