Fire near the city of Angarsk in Irkutsk Region. A 5-ton tank of crude oil caught fire at a refinery. It took more than a day due to lack of water and detour routes to extinguish the fire. Preliminary theories suggest the fire could have been caused by a violation of the operating rules. At least seven people were injured.
