Duesseldorf airport, Germany's third largest, has reopened after a three-hour closure on Tuesday following a security alert.br br A suspicious piece of luggage, caused the problem, according to officials.br br Some 20 flights were diverted to nearby airports during the closure and 70 flights were cancelled.
