The incident took place during a ceremony conducted by Ashin Wirathu, a prominent monk accused of inciting violence against the country's minority Muslim community, on the outskirts of Mandalay.br br The home-made bomb went off underneath a parked car roughly 18 meters from where Wirathu was speaking and injured five people.
