A project in Mexico is helping people capture rainwater in a bid to help residents of the water scarce capital solve their irrigation and potable water needs. The Isla Urbana project is providing residents of the suburb of Tlalpan in Mexico City with the means to reuse rainwater using a device called the Tlaloque.
