Sprouted Omelette

Recipe to prepare "Sprouted Omelette": br br Ingredients: br 2 tsp refined oil br 1 tsp finely chopped garlic br 12 tsp finely chopped ginger br 2 tsp finely chopped onion br 1 green chilli, finely chopped br 150 gms sprouts br 14 tsp turmeric powder br 12 tsp garam masala br 2 eggs br salt to taste br br Method: br Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. br Add in garlic and ginger; saute well. br Add onion, and saute until transparent. br Add green chilli, and mix well. br Add sprouts and mix well. br Add turmeric powder and garam masala; stir for a while. br Take a bowl, and break in the eggs. Add salt and beat well. Add in 2-3 tbsp cooked sprouts, and beat again. br Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, and spread it evenly. br Beat the egg mixture again, and pour it in the pan. br Turn the flame low, and cover the pan to let cook for a minute. br Uncover, and flip the omelette to other side. br Cover the pan again to let cook for half a minute. br Uncover, and plate it. br Sprouted Omelette is ready to serve. br br Follow us on twitter: br Like us on Facebook: www.facebook.
