Traci Basta, 21, made a turn without a signal at around 1a.m. Some reports say the Toyota Camry she was driving matched the description of a stolen vehicle. The police stopped her to find that she wasn't wearing a seatbelt, then once they searched the car, they found more than 34,600 bags of heroin packed into 35 bricks.
