Mayor Ford has been stripped of even more powers following his rather tragic series of events. He entered what he called a ?coup d?etat? Monday morning and city council voted to cut his budget by 60. It then turned into a hostile gathering, as people in the crowd began shouting ?shame? at the crack-smoking mayor.
