Villere Streets just before 2 p.m. when gunshots rang out. A 10-year-old boy and girl were grazed and more than a dozen others were hit, either directly, or by ricocheting bullets. The victims were treated at University Hospital and at least three underwent emergency operations. No one saw the shooters, but police reported seeing three young men fleeing the scene.
