SMARTFINANCESOLUTIONS.NET - Pre Arbitration Hearing- What Happens?

Find the best financial services for you at: SMARTFINANCESOLUTIONS.NET - Pre Arbitration Hearing- What Happens? - Due to credit problems, I had to enroll in a debt negotiation program. One of the creditors has decided to sue me rather than agree to work with my debt negotiation company. It has been assigned to arbitration and the pre-hearing is on the 20th. I am also in the process of working on filing bankruptcy but won't be able to before the 20th due to paperwork snafus. Since the attorney at my debt negotiation place is most unhelpful and I don't have more money to add this on to my already expensive bankruptcy representation, I need to know what will happen at the prehearing for the arbitration? My attorney that is SUPPOSED to be helping with that only told me to ask for the max amount of time to prepare for the real hearing and I'm not to admit that the debt is mine. He also said that the call will be very short, maybe about 15 minutes. I'm scared because I don't know what to expect. How am I supposed to know what to say? What paperwork, if any, am I supposed to have? I feel like throwing up! It's a 15,000 dollar debt that I cannot pay as I currently don't work. Any suggestions would really help. Thanks in advance and please save the derogatory comments. I feel bad enough as it is.
