His uncle co-signed on the car with him and they are both contemplating filing bankruptcy, but he(my boyfriend) had to get a new car for work and living all that. Now I read that they can take his car to try to get money to pay off what he owes, but he is still making payments on the car matter of fact he hasn't made the first one yet, not till about may 11.
