I was told if I sign it then I can't miss/or be late on a payment or they can take the car. Or if I dont sign it then I call the bankruptcy chapter at Chrysler and ask them where I will mail my monthly payment in to?? and they can't take the car if I miss a payment. But it will be reported to the credit dept where as if I did sign it, it would not get reported? what is the best way to go on this? -
