We were giving these properties up, no plans to keep them, and this was all in the bankruptcy. br br We have called each of them and flat out told them we are not paying, they were in the bankruptcy, and that we want the bank to take possession. This was like 4 months ago. We haven't made a payment on either of them in about 7-8 months. br br How do I get them to take the properties? I do not like being responsible for them knowing they are about to be taken anyway. Just a huge waste of my time.
