Find the best financial services for you at: SMARTFINANCESOLUTIONS.NET - Applying for an apartment? - Im applying for an apartment.......i've filled out the application, paid the processing fee and now im waiting to hear back......im not really that worried but the only thing that concerns me is that they will look at my credit history as i filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2008 and all my debt was discharged but i looked at my credit score and it was 633.....the thing i have going for me is that i have a steady job and been working at the same place for almost 25 yrs and the apartment i live at now, i have been always on time with my rent and have been a very good tenant, no complaints. Im just wondering how my past bankruptcy will affect my getting my new apartment.
