Does the trustee get any of my tax return now? - So in 2009 I filed bankruptcy in AZ where I lived. Now, I reside in OH. When I filed in AZ the trustee said I would get a minimal if any of my tax return for this year as part of the bankruptcy. Now that I live in OH, is that still the case? Can I do anything to not give him any? Or what would happen if I got my full refund and just didn't contact the trustee. Thanks for the help.
