Cant find help localy. Where do I go? br My house is in need of a new roof which is leaking so bad that my ceiling is leaking throughout the house and causing the plaster to break away and fall from the celling and walls, Water is running down the walls into electrical outlets and light fixtures causing a fire hazard. I work a full time job but am in a chapter 13 bankruptcy which takes most of my check every week leaving me with little to get by and nothing to fix these costly repairs. I can smell the mold growing in the attic and am afraid of developing health issues. I have not been able to find help and am at wits end. any answers would be greatly appritiated.
