Find the best financial services for you at: SMARTFINANCESOLUTIONS.NET - If a car went under bankruptcy, is it still right for the company to bill us even after it was discharged? - my dad filed bankruptcy about a year ago. in it, the attorney included one of two cars my dad had just bought dec of 2007... earlier this year my dad was told, by the same dealership he got them from, that the chrysler 300 showed $0 balance (this is the one that went under the bankruptcy) and it also showed my car, the dodge charger, with a balance. Im still paying for it because i have a job and it wasnt filed in the bankruptcy...so the question is.. since the chrysler 300 shows no balance, why is the bank still billing us for it? ... conns and chase where one of the creditors that where filed under the bankruptcy, and they stopped bothering us after the bankruptcy was discharged...please help us!! -
