It was a way to control me. We're divorcing finally, the big jerk! We've had 1 hearing & a trial is coming up. I am sure the Judge will rule in my favor because he's a louse & I can prove it. (I already have proved it.)

BUT he's the type to spite me & wait till after the trial, AFTER the Judge will no doubt rule in my favor, to file bankruptcy. He'll hide all of the assets & property (He's already done a lot of that...) to claim he can't pay anything.

My question: CAN he do this? Or will the courts some how make him liable for what ever is ruled on? Can the judge make him NOT file bankruptcy?

I don't have a lawyer, he does, she's as big of a shyster as he is, so I know he will have help in screwing me over more then he already has, I just need to know if he legally could file bankruptcy & make sure I don't get a dime from our 20 year miserable marriage. -
