Pizza Recipe: Gluten free, Low Carb, Grain Free, Paleo Pizza Crust- P3 hCG Diet recipe

Let me know if you find some tweaks that make it even better!br This is my own personal recipe I concocted by combining parts of 2 other recipes I found:br 2 cups ground pumpkin seedsbr 2 cups ground roasted sesame seed (unsalted!)br 1 cup flaxseed mealbr 1.5 tsp saltbr 4 Tbs Baking Powderbr 4 eggs, beaten till smoothbr 3 Tbs. oil of some kind (i used grapeseed)br 12 cup waterbr br Combine all ingredient in bowl and stir well. Put onto baking sheet and pound out the shape by smacking your hand on the dough- this will make it possible to spread the very sticky dough out without too much trouble. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Through the hCG diet I have lost almost 40 lbs of actual fat (not just water weight or muscle)- again, proof by hydrostatic body fat testing and DEXA scan. My hydrostatic bodyfat percent started at 34.5 and I am currently 17.9 bodyfat.
