On Oct. 18, 2013, my brother, Michael Mike, attacked me for confronting him. He threw my vegetable juicer outside. br br My dad was in mostly in bed for a few weeks up to that point because he bruised his back, so I was making him vegetable juice every day and watching him drink it so he didn't leave it out and it spoiled. I came back down to make breakfast for him and give him his medicine and the juicer was gone, but Michael was in the kitchen, so I checked for the mail and saw the juicer in the back yard. br br Michael was convicted for misdemeanor assault and battery and has a few penalties from the court for it.
