Lost Odyssey (ロストオデッセイ) is a role-playing video game developed by Mistwalker and feelplus and published by Microsoft Game Studios for the Xbox 360. The player takes control of Kaim, a man who has lived for a thousand years and who has no memory of his past. The game is set in a world nearing a "magical industrial revolution." Kaim struggles with the return of his memories and the pain they bring. Many of these memories are presented to the player in the style of visual novels. Lost Odyssey was produced by Hironobu Sakaguchi, the creator of the famed Final Fantasy series. This is his third project outside of Square Enix, following ASH: Archaic Sealed Heat and Blue Dragon. br br Lost Odyssey is more like the real Final Fantasy XI. The biggest complaint gamers have is the turn-based battle system but I honestly don't see why a game should lose points for that. That's like me giving Call of Duty a 6 simply because I don't enjoy running around, aiming at people and pressing the shoot button. This game is comparable to the best FF games so it's unfortunate the only things people care about these days are graphics and innovation.
