Temperatures will hit a record low Monday and Tuesday as 140 million Americans face the coldest temperatures in 20 years. Fargo, North Dakota will hit a low of -32 degrees- almost -63 with the wind chill. The risk of frostbite and hypothermia is so high some cities have even cancelled school.
