Aloo Palak - Potato Spinach Curry - Indian Main Course Gravy Recipe By Ruchi Bharani [HD]

Aloo Palak is an Indian curry dish, widely found and popularly consumed main course gravy side dish. Chef Ruchi Bharani teaches how to make simple and easy to cook, quick home made potato spinach curry. br br Ingredients: br 1 Onion br 4 Green Chillies br 1 small pc. Ginger br 1 tbsp Cashewnuts br 12 tsp Cumin Seed Powder br 1 & 12 tbsp Butter br 2 bunches Spinach (puree) br 12 tsp Garam Masala br Salt br 12 tsp Sugar br 12 cup water br 2 Potatoes (boiled) br br Method: br - Grind onion, chilies, ginger, cashew nuts, cumin seed powder into a smooth paste. br - Heat butter in a pan, put the onion paste into it and saute it till its dry for atleast 4 - 5 mins. br - Add tomato pulp and mix well br - After about 2 mins add the churned yogurt and cook it well br - Add the spinach puree and mix well br - Add garam masala, salt, sugar, water to the mixture and cook it for about 2 mins br - Add the boiled potatoes and mix well and the dish is ready to be served.
