During the day, the computer screen looks more like daylight. When evening comes around the computer screen will dim and it will look more yellowish. Don't worry though, your eyes will adjust relatively quickly and soon enough you won't even realize there was a change.br br I've been using this program for months now and I think it really does help me when I'm on the computer at night. I don't have annoying headaches and it doesn't hurt to look at the computer screen when it's dark.br br I suggest you try it out and if you do, let me know what you think.
