It seems fraps doesn't record steam or winrar so that unfortuantely can't be seen but it is fairly easy to follow what I say but incase you would rather read it here is a full written tutorial. br br Where I found the solution- br br First of all go the the this link - (Uploaded personally by me as previous links are broken) br br Then go to files, and download the first one (d3d9dll) I downloaded from washington, I imagine any will work br br Open up the winrar file once it has downloaded br br And place the DLL file into the following location. Programme files X86, Steam, steamapps, common, payday 2 beta br br Try running and it should run now. br br If it doesn't then try the second link and if that doesn't work then it must be a different launching error. This is just what worked for me.
