The one-hundred and eleventh surat of the Holy Qur'an in arabic, phonetic and english with the recitation of Sheikh Mahmoud Khalîl Al-Hosarî, may Allah have mercy on him. br br Arabic: br br بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ br br تَبَّتْ يَدَآ أَبِى لَهَبٍۢ وَتَبَّ br مَآ أَغْنَىٰ عَنْهُ مَالُهُۥ وَمَا كَسَبَ br سَيَصْلَىٰ نَارًۭا ذَاتَ لَهَبٍۢ br وَٱمْرَأَتُهُۥ حَمَّالَةَ ٱلْحَطَبِ br فِى جِيدِهَا حَبْلٌۭ مِّن مَّسَدٍۭ br br Phonetic: br br Bismi Allahi alrrahmani alrraheemi br br 111.1 Tabbat yada abee lahabin watabba br 111.2 Ma aghna AAanhu maluhu wama kasaba br 111.3 Sayasla naran thata lahabin br 111.4 Waimraatuhu hammalata alhatabi br 111.5 Fee jeediha hablun min masadin br br Approximate Translation of the Meanings of the surat: br br In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. br br 111.1 Perdition overtake both hands of Abu Lahab, and he will perish. br 111.2 His wealth and what he earns will not avail him. br 111.3 He shall soon burn in fire that flames, br 111.4 And his wife, the bearer of fuel, br 111.5 Will have upon her neck a halter of palm-fibre.
