Three Japanese teens were arrested on Tuesday for an attempted purse snatching on Christmas Eve morning. The three gang members face charges over the attempted snatching of a purse containing 55,000 yen (US$550) from a 25-year-old woman when riding scooters in Sumida-ku, Tokyo.
