br I did one better than my last video, and made what I think is the smallest possible prison based on my previously stated rules. Utilities may lie outside the walls, and the original deliveriesgarbage spaces do not count. However there must be atleast one cell, a kitchen, canteen, shower and yard. Whatever space these take up make up the end-size. In this case it was 7x7 meters, which is 49 square meters.
