After a high-speed chase near the Arizona border, police in southern Utah were shocked to discover the identity of occupants of the speeding vehicle — Japanese tourists!br br The chase began early Saturday on Interstate 15 when the family's rented car was spotted by highway patrolmen driving extremely slowly and swerving between lanes.br br Thinking they were witnessing a DUI in progress, police tried to pull them over, but the car instead sped up.
