The Surat city police filed a charge sheet against self styled godman Narayan Sai and 29 others under sections of rape (376), outraging a woman's modesty (354), having unnatural intercourse (377), criminal intimidation, wrongful confinement, rioting, inciting a riot and others, of the IPC, in the sexual harassment case.
