pAs California was hit by a winter storm, the storm surge caused large waves to crash against the pier at Stearn’s Wharf in Santa Barbara on March 1. A local restaurant, a class="link" rel="nofollow" target="blank" href="" target="blank"Moby Dicka, bore the brunt of the waves as one crashed through a window while diners were eating. This footage shows the waves from the pier, and a large wave hitting Moby Dick towards the end of the video.
