Ghandi's quote "Be the change you want to see in the world" begins within yours, as it did in mine. The impact of how you choose to be affects everyone & everything around you. br Do YOU have unresolved anger? Are YOU entrapped by your guilt. Are YOU still holding onto that grudge? br br Think of all the times when you've been hurt by another, lied to, mocked, betrayed. You might punish them with your silence for weeks. You might 'let it go' for 'it' to only appear in the next argument. When people told me to 'just let it go' when my grandmother was brutally murdered I thought you have got to be kidding me. Stop just telling to let go and forgive I needed to know the HOW. br br I know those feeling you have when you feel you have been wronged but what to do with them is another story.
