pDramatic scenes followed an explosion in uptown Manhattan as emergency services attempted to clear the area surrounding the blast. Juan Ponce, who lives close to where the explosion took place, captured this footage minutes after the blast. Ponce said the windows of a store a block away from the explosion shattered due to the strength of the blast.
