Study: Sleep Loss Kills Brain Cells, Triggers Alzheimer's

A study published in the Journal of Neuroscience showed a 25 loss of brain cells at the locus coeruleus part of the brain in mice that didn't get enough sleep. A separate study showed that Alzheimer's disease was triggered in mice with sleep loss. This could have scary implications for humans as well.
