On March 17, 2010, Philip Gordon, the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs gave a keynote speech entitled “The United States and Turkey: A View from the Obama Administration”. Brookings President Strobe Talbott introduced Assistant Secretary Gordon and joined him, after his remarks, in a discussion moderated by Brookings Senior Fellow and CUSE Director Fiona Hill.
