Yoga - How to do the Raven

The posture of the Raven is a posture of balance. It's basic Hatha Yoga that strengthens your entire br upper body and gains confidence. br To do this : br 1 - Come onto all fours, place your hands flat on the floor seperate from your shoulders, your br fingers are spread br 2 - Bring your elbows onto your knees br 3 - Slowly move your body weight forward until your toes come up from the floor. br 4 - Once you're in this position, bring your toes together br 5 - Hold this posture for 5 to 10 breaths. br This position strenghtens the wrists, arms, shoulders and abdomen.
