The ingredients are: two pears, 250 milliliters of red wine, two spoons of sugar and two pieces of br butter. br Wash the pears and remove the centre of each pear. Take the pears into a backing form and pour br a spoon of sugar into the centre of each pear. Add a pinch of butter on top of the sugar into the br pear. Then pour the wine around the pears. Leave them 30 minutes in the oven. When the pears br are cooked the sugar is caramelized and it will turn into a kind of jelly with the pear juice. This br will give an appetizing color.
