Neither one of us are going to go back home today, we're going to go watch our son play baseball. We had a disagreement and it's a-typical of us. Neither one of us has any fear or any reason to feel threatened. And I don't feel like I need to be protected."br br Brickell, 48, agreed, telling the judge, "He is no threat to me at all."br br The altercation occurred at a cottage on their New Canaan property, the couple's attorney said.
