Macklemore apologizes, McCartney postpones concerts

Macklemore has issued an apology for a costume he wore at a concert in Seattle that he acknowledged could be ascribed to a Jewish caricature and said it was not his intention to mock the Jewish people. The Grammy-winning rapper wore an oversized nose, bowl-cut wig and a long beard while performing his song "Thrift Shop." Macklemore posted a statement saying "I respect all cultures and all people, I would never intentionally put down anybody for the fabric that makes them who they are."

Paul McCartney has been forced to postpone two shows in Tokyo. The former Beatle canceled part of his Asia tour due to an undisclosed illness. A statement on the singer's website said that doctors have ordered him to rest and that the shows will eventually be rescheduled.
