br The founder and leader of MQM Mr. Altaf Hussain has made an appeal to workers and people to form watch and ward systems in their areas on self-help basis for the prevention of growing incidents of terrorism. He has also asked to form vigilance committees to prevent terrorist, suicide attacks and robberies.
