pThe DPRK 360 photographic project gained unprecedented access to tour the North Korean city of Pyongyang using a GoPro Hero 3 camera attached to their car. The footage shows a very clean, if oddly deserted, city with only a few vehicles on the road compared to a normal bustling city. Photographer for DPRK 360, Aram Pan, said that special permission was granted by the DPRK government to film the video.
