G7 Leaders meet without Russia for second day

ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)br br The Group of Seven leaders resumed summit talks in Brussels on Thursday (June 5) focusing on the need to prioritize security of energy supplies and to discuss trade and the world economy.br br U.S. President Barack Obama, Canada's Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Japan's Shinzo Abe met their four European counterparts, French President Francois Hollande, Britain's Prime Minister David Cameron, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Italy's Prime Minister Matteo Renzi, at the European Council and gathered for a family photo.br br One of the most sensitive discussions will be over energy security, particularly in Europe, which relies on Russia for approximately a third of its oil and gas - a fact that gives Moscow leverage over the EU and its 500 million people.
