Syed Misbahuddin - Minor leaps of faith

I have never seen a squirrel in my city br That is lazy – it has a back story so strange br It is about the ancestor squirrels tenacity br To soar higher and higher and bring a change br br The squirrel was fanatic about flying br So he decided to speak about his unquenchable thirst br To the best friend of his – a bird who after trying br Learnt to fly though he failed at first br br The friend of his was tickled pink br “Do not thy life precariously end, br Before jumping off, twice do think br Pay heed to advice from a friend” br br “But my dearest friend, it tires my soul br To walk only on the land br I shall wear my sinew and heart to the whole br To rise, and higher someday stand” br br 'So he let his languor loose and jumped from a tree br To another-his first step to fly a few feet off and he got it right br They said you weren’t flying, “You have eyes but cannot see” br Said the squirrel, “I believe in minor leaps of faith”br br Syed Misbahuddinbr br
