God chooses some mysteriously br To act as harbingers for Him; br br As instruments of divine plans, br To spread the kingdom’s message; br br As vessels filled upto the brim, br With abundant graces from Him; br br As crusaders to annul sins br Of idolatry and atheism; br br As fountains and springs of wisdom, br To quench the thirst of hearts and souls; br br As rocks and pillars of great strength br To show the world what God can do; br br As lambs of sacrifices mute, br To show what humility is; br br As prophets and soothsayers too, br Foretelling world, the things to come; br br As victims of man’s sinfulness, br To usher guilt, remorsefulness; br br As witnesses of miracles br To prove that faith in God is prime.
