I went for a walk the other day br Spring days are so unpredictable br You never know what will happen br The weather’s like it is in the fall br br And on this particular day br There were a few clouds in the sky br But the sun was also peekin’ out br Wasn’t rainin’ but I knew it might try br br And then a darker cloud went by br And moisture floated down br There was sweetness in the air br As gentle rain dropped to the ground br br Oh how I love the gentle rain br So refreshing I find it to be br Clouds form up in the vast sky br And they gather so creatively br br It’s so helpful for the tiny plants br For they need a drink from time to time br Yes, I love a day with gentle rain br It’s the sweetest day I can find!br br Marilyn Lottbr br
