Why do you do these things? br Why do you act like that? br Are you sick of me? br Tell me a true fact. br Why do I feel this way? br What is it you do to me? br Please tell me the truth, br Or I'll have to set you free. br Why did you change br to the person you are? br You now seem to be br way too far. br I miss who you were br The person you used to be br That person br actually cared about me. br Why are things br Different now? br You've changed a lot br I want to know how br You can act like this br after all we've been through br I'm really missing br The old you. br So please change back, br For my sake and yours br I'm afraid you'll forget br about me all together. br br This is the first poem I wrote that ever got published.
