Suddenly the plane door opened – I, easy in my place, br Was sucked up like a bird into a jet br But hurtled out and down down down fell Alice br Into a nightmare vortex where I met br Shadows, images from long suppressed recollections br Standing like sealed jars upon the shelf br Each labeled ‘English Marmelade’ with bitter rind reflections br Once tasted would remind my shrinking self br There is no climbing back into the plane, br I can’t be swept back up again, br I’m hurling still in vain br The ocean then br Oblivion br br LRH 4.1.
